Digital commons are built by sharing what matters most: infrastructure, data and knowledge governed together. That's how we take back control, in France as across Europe.
The real challenge is moving from intention to reality. Jean Cattan, ex-former Secretary General of France's National Digital Council, talks with two people already doing it: Samuel Paccoud, who leads the State's digital suite at the DINUM, and Bertille Mazari, CEO of LaSuite.coop, its cooperative counterpart.
