Founded in 2004, the AFCDP is the representative association for Data Protection Officers (DPOs). It brings together over 6,400 individuals and, beyond DPOs, gathers all professionals interested in personal data protection. The AFCDP is primarily a space for exchange and mutual support among its members, offering them, in addition to a very active private social network, thematic or sectoral working groups, regional meetings, and conferences or webinars, including the "AFCDP DPO University" which gathers nearly 1,000 people each year.
