Cancellation policy / Refunds
Any cancellation notifies in writing to the Organizer (participant@15-mai.com no later that April 30 (inclusive) will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fees.
From May 1 onward, all registrations are final and non-refundable.
No refund will be granted, regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-attendance (including personal, professional, or medical reasons, or force majeure).
Registration fees will remain payable to the Organizer in the event of the Participant’s failure to attend the Congress.
